Automotive Lube Technician

Our Client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Lube Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of automotive systems, as well as excellent attention to detail and time management skills. As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and other basic maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks.
  
• Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid.
  
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and provide recommendations for repairs.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work.
  
• Ensure that work area is clean and organized at all times.
  
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Lube Technician.
  
• VA State Inspection License required
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
