Job Summary
The Automotive Lube/Tire Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and light-duty automotive repair services. This position includes oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, tire rotations, brake inspections and repairs, and basic front-end and suspension work. The technician will help ensure that all vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Working alongside other technicians and management, this individual will play an important role in maintaining a productive shop environment while delivering quality automotive maintenance and repair services to our customers. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services 
• Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace tires 
•  Perform brake inspections and brake service 
•  Assist with light front-end and suspension repairs 
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections 
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Follow all company safety procedures and service standards 
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors and management 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
•  1–3 years of automotive, tire, or lube technician experience preferred. 
• Team player
• Familiar with TPMS sensors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, cold/hot environments).
