What to Expect

Location: Florence, KY 41042
Pay: $21.00/hour with potential increase upon full-time conversion
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Your Mission

• Run production equipment with a safety-first mindset
• Load materials, perform changeovers, and fine-tune settings/tooling
• Use measuring devices to confirm specs and complete production records
• Guard product quality and keep the workspace safe and orderly

Schedule & Rhythm

• 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3 Rotation)
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required

Are You a Fit?

• Experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator preferred
• Comfortable with basic math and computer entry
• Dependable attendance, meticulous detail orientation, and strong safety habits
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 12 hours
• Okay working in a non-temperature-controlled setting

Hiring Requirements

• Pass a 7-year background check
• Pass a 9-panel drug screen
• Forklift training and certification provided
