About the Position

We’re looking for a creative, organized, tech-savvy, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help manage our dealership’s digital marketing, social media, community outreach, and internal marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you may be creating a social media campaign or updating vehicle specials on our website, and the next you may be helping organize a community event, creating an email campaign, using AI tools to develop marketing content, or working directly with dealership management and outside vendors.

We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, stay organized, take ownership of projects from start to finish, and confidently use modern technology and AI-powered tools to work efficiently and improve marketing results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and create content for dealership social media platforms

• Monitor social media activity and respond to customer reviews

• Help create, film, and coordinate videos for social media

• Develop digital marketing campaigns and targeted advertising

• Coordinate email blasts, newsletters, promotions, and dealership announcements

• Update website content, including vehicle specials and promotions

• Track internet leads, closing ratios, department goals, and marketing performance

• Create competitive pricing and marketing reports

• Use AI tools to assist with content creation, marketing research, campaign development, brainstorming, reporting, and day-to-day productivity

• Work directly with dealership management and industry vendors

• Attend management meetings, take detailed notes, and assist with follow-up items

• Help plan and organize dealership promotions and public events

• Represent the dealership at community and marketing events

• Coordinate monthly employee celebrations and internal events

• Assist with other marketing projects and dealership initiatives as needed

Experience We’re Looking For

Experience in automotive marketing is a plus, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong marketing experience from other industries.

Knowledge or experience with the following is preferred:

• Social Media Marketing

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Email Marketing

• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

• WordPress

• HTML/CSS

• Adobe Photoshop or similar design software

• Digital advertising and campaign management

• Content creation, photography, or video

• AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for marketing, content creation, research, and productivity

AI Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient and comfortable using AI technology as part of their daily workflow. This position requires someone who is willing and able to use AI tools to improve efficiency, generate and refine marketing content, research ideas, assist with campaigns, analyze information, and streamline repetitive tasks.

We are looking for someone who views AI as a practical marketing and productivity tool and is comfortable learning and adopting new AI platforms as technology evolves.
