Midas Vineland is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Master Technician to join our team in Vineland, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Execute complex engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Mentor and support junior technicians and service staff
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and shop equipment
• Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, tires, alignments, and general auto repair
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude
