About The Role

• A competitive base salary of £45,370 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As part of our Service, Maintenance and Repair division, youll take your technical skills directly to customers homes and workplaces as an RAC Mobile Mechanic - Carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnostics and repairs at set customer appointments. No workshop walls, no repetitive routines. Just proper, hands-on mechanical work with the time, tools and trust to do things right.

From day one, youll have everything you need to succeed: your own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools and full diagnostic kit provided. No CV required when you apply - its easier than ever to start your journey with us.

• Enjoy a market-competitive base salary of £45,370, with the opportunity to increase your earnings up to £57,000 through bonuses and premium-rate overtime.
• A full-time 40-hour week, with Monday-Saturday availability (8am-8pm), offers flexibility and stability.
• Opt-in Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, you can choose to work extra rest days at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could earn you £3,000 more per year on top of your base salary. Two extra days could give you an extra £5,000. Its your choice - more flexibility, more reward.

Youre someone who gets people. This isnt just spanners and engines-our mechanics are out there on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride. What youll need:

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
