This position is offering a pay range of $21 - $23/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. This position is located within our Flexible Assembly Operation at our Livonia, MI facility. client Flexible Assembly provides assembly services to many of the leading edge companies in the automotive industry. Products we produce for our customers consist of Off-Road tactical military vehicles, self driving autonomous vehicles & electric vehicles just to name a few. These low volume, highly technical projects make for a very exciting work environment where you learn cutting edge technology on a regular basis. Full time / direct hire employment opportunities to the right candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
• Must have own tools with rolling tool box
• Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
• Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
• Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends

Preferred Skills:

• State/ASE certifications
• Experience working with Electric vehicles
