What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles and other makes
- Complete work efficiently and accurately the first time
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Perform multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities
- Stay up to date with Ford systems, tools, and training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic (dealership experience preferred)
- Ford certification (a plus, but not required — we will train the right person)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools (preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who wants to grow with the dealership
