Automotive Mobile Service Technician

Tom Masano Ford is hiring a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our fast-growing team! This position is ideal for an automotive technician or mobile mechanic who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll use a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van to perform light repairs, maintenance, and recall work at customer homes and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and light repairs using diagnostic tools and service equipment

• Complete mobile service and recall work according to Ford and dealership standards

• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repair accuracy

• Communicate with the Service Advisor and Parts Department to ensure efficient scheduling and parts delivery

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Tom Masano Ford professionally

• Maintain and care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Qualifications

• Automotive Technician or Mechanic experience preferred (C or B-level preferred)

• Ford Certified Technician experience a plus

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable using tablets and diagnostic software

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
