Automotive Motor Vehicle Clerk

Global Auto Mall (Genesis, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia) is seeking an experienced full-time Motor Vehicle Clerk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all state paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Ensure that all online registrations are processes in a timely manner and follow state guidelines.
• Responsible for submitting original paperwork to our out of state vendor if applicable.
• Obtain all dealer titles.
• Organize and manage deal jackets, title documents, and lien releases.
• Follow up on all payoff titles to ensure they are received by the dealership.
• Filing required forms with the state on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience processing automotive titles and registrations required
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task.
