Greet and assist customers in selecting new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram vehicles
Build rapport and guide customers through the entire sales process
Stay informed on current inventory, features, and financing options
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
