One of the region’s top automotive groups is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager.  The role will oversee the accounting operations at a well-established, mid-size Japanese import dealership.  There is a great team in place, and you will have strong regional support to help you grow and succeed.  Successful candidates must have experience working as an Office Manager in a franchised dealership and have CDK experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations
  • Manage office staff and delegate tasks
  • Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Utilize CDK software for dealership operations



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Automotive Office Management, Dealership Accounting, or Administrative Leadership experience required
  • Prior Automotive Office Manager experience strongly preferred
  • CDK experience is required
  • Strong background in dealership accounting processes
  • Experience with A/P, A/R, payroll, schedules, reconciliations, and general ledger functions
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Import dealership experience is a plus
