We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Automotive Painter to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesSurface Preparation: Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and eliminate flaws.Paint Application: Mix, match, and apply base coats, clear coats, and multi-stage finishes using state-of-the-art spraying equipment.Color Matching: Utilize spectrophotometers and advanced color theory to achieve perfect factory-spec or custom color blends.Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, or debris; perform color sanding, buffing, and polishing.Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant booth and follow all local environmental and safety protocols.RequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on automotive refinishing and paint experience in a dealership or collision center.Strong eye for detail, color, and finish quality.Deep familiarity with mixing systems, spray guns, and HVLP technology.Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record.Ability to physically stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Benefits & PerksHighly competitive flat rate pay.Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(k)
