Come see why it's Better at Bettenhausen!Job ResponsibilitiesTrack all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.Pack and ship parts back to the manufacturer occasionally, and complete the appropriate record keeping.Refer to the parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.Full Time and Part Time positions availableJob Requirements2+ years Automotive Parts ExperienceAutomotive knowledge including: inventory systems, vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension/steering, electrical, engines, fuel, systems, air conditioning/heating and enginesInternet sales experience a PLUSExcellent customer service Excellent communication skills in person and via phoneExceptional organizational skillsReynolds and Reynolds experience PREFERREDTeam orientedProblem solvingMultitasking in a high volume environment (you won't get bored here!)Ability to be flexible to help department achieve it's goals!BENEFITS:Health, Dental, and VisionShort Term DisabilityAccident, Cancer, Hospital, and Critical Illness InsuranceLife Insurance401K PlanPTOEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramCollege while you work?
