What You''ll Do
Assist retail, shop, and phone customers with parts identification, quotes, and order fulfillment.
Support service advisors and shop technicians to ensure fast turnaround times on repairs.
Track special orders, manage backorders, and keep customers updated on delivery schedules.
Utilize electronic catalogs (EPC) and dealership systems to manage inventory accurately.
What We''re Looking For
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 months of automotive parts or retail experience (dealership experience preferred).
Strong computer literacy and comfort using technology to serve customers.
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
