The Automotive Parts Associate at Renn Kirby Auto Group plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and efficiently managing the parts and accessories inventory. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing the required automotive parts and accessories
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and up-to-date parts inventory
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and warranties
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints
