Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds and stand on feet all day
- Must have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, percentages
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts orders
- Match against order to ensure all parts are received, in quality condition and moved to inventory
- Communicate with staff when parts have arrived
- Update computer system with delivery arrival and order status
- Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
- Answer phone calls and assist team
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Drive parts truck to pick up orders as needed
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Other duties as assigned
