Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
Professionally answer phone inquiries from customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and service needs.
Effectively utilize inventory management software to check stock, locate parts, and process orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department counter and display area.
Assist service technicians with parts requests, ensuring timely delivery to the service bay.
Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and warranty claims.
Continuously learn about new products, services, and automotive technology to better serve customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Previous experience as an automotive parts counter person or in a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
