Automotive-Parts Counter Salesperson About the Role We are seeking customer-friendly, team-players with a working knowledge of automotive systems and parts to help us never say “NO” to a customer, but turn the customer's automotive needs into parts and associated products sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service – assist customers in finding the right solutions to their needs,
Use technology – to search for the right products,
Communicate – product information to help customers choose the right products,
Recommend – associated products,
Conduct – cashier transactions,
Assist – with general store activities such as restock shelves and storefront cleanliness.
What You’ll Need
Working knowledge of – automotive systems and parts,
Flexibility – be available to work evenings and weekends,
Talent for – be customer-friendly and a team-player,
Multi-tasking – be able to switch between work activities based on urgency,
Physical – be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 65 pounds for short distances.
Job Conditions This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:
Physical – standing, bending, stretching, and using a computer keyboard, some heavy lifting.
Environmental – mostly indoor work with storefront noise levels.
