Automotive Parts Counterperson

We are immediately hiring a Parts Counterperson for our Hyundai dealership in Doylestown! In this role, you will assist internal customers and service technicians with parts requests, ensuring our busy service department operates efficiently and effectively.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians
• Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stock incoming product and track inventory
• Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
