Automotive Parts Counterperson

Immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson in Flemington, NJ! The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians
• Cost parts on invoice
• Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stock incoming product and track inventory
• Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
• Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
