    As one of Minnesota’s largest Chevrolet dealerships, we’re looking for a motivated AutomotiveParts Counterperson to help support our busy Service Department, technicians, wholesale customers, and retail guests.     What You’ll Do

    • Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with their parts needs.
    • Accurately look up, identify, and sell OEM Chevrolet parts and accessories.
    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
    • Process customer orders from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Pull, stage, package, and distribute parts for repair orders and customer pickups.
    • Review repair orders and body shop estimates to ensure accurate parts selection.
    • Maintain accurate inventory through routine bin checks and inventory organization.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or urgent replenishment needs.
    • Source unavailable parts from approved vendors when necessary.
    • Ensure all internal parts are properly billed to repair orders.
    • Process retail transactions and obtain payment or credit authorization.
    • Prepare parts for daily deliveries, shipping, or customer pickup.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.

    What We’re Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous automotive parts experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
    • Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and dealership parts operations is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, repair information, and dealership procedures.
    • Strong mathematical skills for pricing, discounts, and inventory accuracy.
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
