Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and customers with Parts ordering, pricing, questions, pulling parts from stock and receiving as necessary.
- Answer all internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform dept. shipping and receiving functions when needed from Mfg, FedEx, UPS, etc. Including stocking shelves, following all receiving paperwork/guidelines in place.
- Process parts inventory returns to manufacturer as directed by manager
- Perform inventory control functions
- Maintain a clean, orderly, professional work area and assist in entire department's organization and cleanliness
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- Dealership or Auto parts store experience needed
- Reliable and dependable
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude is a must
- Good employment references
