Compensation: $90,000-$100,000+Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

Build a parts operation capable of supporting a high-volume, 37-bay service department

Optimize inventory for availability, turns, fill rate and profitability

Grow wholesale, retail, internal and service-drive parts sales

Improve technician productivity by getting the right part to the right technician at the right time

Recruit, develop and hold accountable a high-performing parts team

Partner closely with Service, Sales and Used Vehicles

Use data-not instinct alone-to identify opportunities and make decisions

Establish processes and standards that can scale as our business grows
