Automotive Parts & Freight Associate – Collision Center

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | No Weekends

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a dependable, organized Automotive Parts & Freight Associate to support our Collision Center Parts Department. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with automotive parts, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team.

You'll work directly with our Parts Advisors, Estimators, and Collision Technicians to help make sure the right parts are ordered, received, verified, organized, and ready when needed for repairs.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, organize, and process incoming automotive parts
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and parts returns
• Work with parts suppliers and assist with ordering and tracking parts
• Verify parts for accuracy and condition when received
• Mirror-match replacement parts to damaged vehicle parts
• Stage and distribute parts for Collision Technicians
• Assist Estimators and the Parts team with identifying parts needed for repairs
• Help maintain an organized and efficient parts and freight area
• Communicate with team members regarding parts status, shortages, and returns

What We're Looking For

• Automotive parts knowledge or related automotive experience preferred
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or parts experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and learning automotive software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Able to safely handle and move automotive parts
• Valid PA driver's license
