About the Role:
Classic Car/ Automotive Restoration Shop 
We are seeking a  highly organized automotive parts and inventory control specialist for a busy classic car and automotive restoration shop. 
This is  an entry-level position 



Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of automotive parts, supplies, and materials
• Source, order, and track parts from vendors and suppliers to support restoration projects
• Receive, inspect, and catalog incoming parts shipments for quality and accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent project delays
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient parts storage and warehouse environment
• Coordinate with technicians and restoration staff to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records using inventory management software or systems
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor relationships and parts sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts, inventory control, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and terminology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move parts and supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with technicians and vendors
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
