Sweis INFINITI of Merrillville is looking for an experienced, driven, and organized Automotive Parts Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who knows how to manage inventory, support fixed operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding service to both technicians and customers.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience, with management experience preferred and import/luxury brand experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily parts department operations
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and control obsolescence
  • Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely parts availability
  • Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, returns, and inventory accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and OEM channels
  • Monitor gross profit, departmental performance, and expense control
  • Lead and develop parts counter and warehouse staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for retail and wholesale parts customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience
  • Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred
  • Import experience preferred, luxury/import background is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, manufacturer parts systems, and fixed operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Stable work history and professional attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
