$50,000 - $70,000 Base Rate with Bonuses and Commission Available

Do you have Auto Parts experience and are ready to take your career to the next level?  A successful automotive dealership in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the Parts Department's daily operations which includes retail/wholesale sales, ordering parts, shipping/receiving, stocking parts, inventory control, training staff, and more.  Auto parts experience is required.  2+ years Parts Manager experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily parts department operations including retail/wholesale sales, ordering parts, shipping/receiving, stocking parts, inventory control, training staff, and more
• Train and mentor parts counter staff to meet departmental goals and maintain a customer-focused environment
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and sales departments to ensure parts availability
• Manage parts department budgets, vendor relationships, and warranty parts returns
• Maintain accurate records and department performance metrics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area

Requirements:

• Auto parts experience is required.  2+ years of parts management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management systems
• Valid driver’s license
