About the Role:
Join Oswego Auto Parts Inc as an Automotive Parts Sales Associate and become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you'll connect with customers, helping them find the right parts for their vehicles while delivering exceptional service.



Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure shelves are stocked with high-demand items.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products to better serve customers.

Requirements:

• Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays
• Must enjoy working with people in a fast paced and exciting environment
