Automotive Porter

HW Kia of West County is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Automotive Porter.  Part-time and Full-time positions available!   This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and possess a strong work ethic. As an Automotive Porter, you will assist our technicians and sales team in maintaining and preparing vehicles for repairs and customer delivery. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the automotive industry.The Automotive Porter position at HW Kia of West County offers a competitive hourly wage and pays weekly.  The dealership provides Saturday lunches for all employees.  HW Kia of West County offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Responsibilities:• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment• Move and drive customer and dealership vehicles as needed• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as washing, waxing, and vacuuming• Responsible for keeping the shop and service bays clean and organized• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed• Ensure all customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, customers, and management• Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Prior experience in the automotive or hospitality industry is preferred• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
