We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our dealership as an Automotive Porter & Digital Inventory Coordinator. This position combines the traditional responsibilities of a dealership porter with an important digital role—ensuring our online inventory accurately represents every vehicle we have for sale.

ResponsibilitiesVehicle & Lot Management

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership lot.
• Move vehicles throughout the dealership as needed.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups.
• Fuel vehicles and monitor tire pressures.
• Keep showroom and display vehicles clean and presentable.
• Assist with snow removal and general lot maintenance as needed.
• Support the sales and service departments with miscellaneous vehicle needs.

Digital Inventory Management

• Photograph new and used inventory according to dealership standards.
• Upload and verify that all vehicle photos appear correctly on the dealership website and third-party listing sites.
• Ensure newly arrived inventory is photographed and online within established timelines.
• Verify vehicle descriptions, options, pricing, and status are accurate online.
• Identify missing photos or listing errors and resolve them promptly.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain a high-quality online showroom.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
