The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, specifically in pre-owned vehicle sales. The Pre Owned Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded, and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
• Ensure that all sales transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
