Open Road Automotive Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Product Delivery Coordinator to join our luxury dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with premium vehicles, providing outstanding customer service, and creating memorable delivery experiences.

As a Product Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure every customer receives a first-class vehicle delivery, including delivering and explaining luxury vehicles to clients post sale.. You'll guide customers through the features and technology of their new vehicle while representing our dealership with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule new vehicle deliveries.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations, demonstrating technology, safety, and convenience features.
• Ensure every vehicle is detailed, fueled, and delivery-ready.
• Pair customer phones and assist with Bluetooth, navigation, and connected vehicle apps.
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Detail departments to provide a seamless delivery experience.

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
