Automotive Receptionist (Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week)

Shottenkirk West Burlington Superstore is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our growing dealership team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression—whether you’re greeting guests in person, answering incoming calls, or assisting our sales and service departments. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate department
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other office tasks
• Help create a positive experience for every customer who visits or contacts the dealership

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is preferred but not required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work Saturdays
