Automotive Receptionist

Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Support dealership staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Office experience preferred; automotive dealership experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus
