What Youll Do Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs Follow Belle Tires Sales Process Manage a cash drawer process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation Direct the workflow in the shop ensuring smooth and efficient operations Follow store opening and closing processes and manage day to day paperwork Assist in interviewing and onboarding store employees and writing work schedule Coach and develop employees to achieve store and personal goals and foster a positive work environment Oversee inventory management processes Ensure the facility is well-maintained Maintain a clean organized and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What Were Looking ForMinimum Qualifications 18 years old Valid drivers license 1 year of leadership experience in a retail andor automotive service environment Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods bend and lift up to 75 poundsWork Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours Monday through Saturday with possible overtime.
