Cadillac Marin is the only Cadillac dealership in Marin County, offering a full A-to-Z sales process — each Sales Professional manages the entire customer journey from introduction to final delivery. We are looking for experienced sales candidates with at least 3 years dealership sales and being bilingual in spanish is a huge plus! We are part of the Price Family Dealerships, a well-established, family-owned group with 15 automotive brands across 9 Bay Area locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full A-to-Z customer process: greet, consult, sell, and delivery
  
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients
  
• Achieve and exceed sales goals using product knowledge and consultative sales techniques
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of Cadillac models and features
  
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation
  
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience from start to finish
  

Qualifications

• Luxury automotive dealership experience required (Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Audi, etc.)
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English
  
• 1+ year of automotive sales or customer-facing experience
  
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
  
• Basic understanding of retail math or auto financing
  
• Must be available for weekends and evenings
  
• Must be able to commute or relocate to San Rafael, CA before starting
  

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
  
• Evenings as needed
  
• Weekends
  

Compensation

• Base pay + commission
