Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement dealership salesprocess  
  • Own and excel at every aspect of the salesprocess (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)  
  • Present and demonstrate inventory  
  • Review, update and manage daily inventoryreports  
  • Create and execute strategies for increasingmarket share  
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with salesleadership  
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Averageand monthly units to dealership standards  
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends andcertification  

Requirements

  • Prior retail automotive sales experience and/orsales training preferred.
