Luxury Automotive Sales Associate - Cadillac
Motor Werks Cadillac, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Associate in Barrington, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about luxury vehicles, customer relationships, and delivering a premium dealership experience.
In this role, you will guide customers through the Cadillac buying experience, present new and pre-owned luxury vehicles, conduct test drives, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide a personalized luxury sales experience.
- Present Cadillac models, features, technology, performance, and ownership benefits with confidence.
- Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Follow up with customers, develop strong relationships, and generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay current on Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, and luxury automotive product knowledge.
- Work with sales managers, finance, service, and support teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience; luxury automotive sales experience preferred.
- Cadillac, GM, or Chevrolet brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and hands-on leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
