As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget while delivering a respectful, no‑pressure buying experience. Success in this role comes from trust, product knowledge, and strong follow‑through—not high‑pressure tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, trade‑in values, and financing options clearly and honestly
• Maintain strong product knowledge, especially trucks, SUVs, and winter‑ready vehicles
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Respond promptly to showroom, phone, and online inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑first mindset with a focus on integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and grow—sales experience helpful but not required
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license required
