What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with customers both in-person and online.

  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.

  • Help customers find the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs.

  • Guide customers through the entire purchase process from introduction to delivery.

  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

  • Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and financing options.

  • Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to create lifelong relationships.

  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology.

  • Participate in ongoing sales training, dealership events, and team meetings.

  • Work alongside finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn.

  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.

  • Comfortable using technology, smartphones, and CRM software.
