SOCIAL MEDIA IS PART OF THE JOB

Today's customers shop differently, and we want salespeople who are willing to build their own personal brand.

Our sales team is expected to:

Post on social media at least twice per day
Create personalized introduction and walk-around videos for clients
Use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms to create opportunities
Build relationships instead of simply waiting for customers to walk through the door

Don't worry if you've never done this before. We'll help teach you. You just need to be willing to do it.
