Description of the role:
The Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs. This includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and options, and negotiating prices. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of current inventory and staying up to date with industry trends and developments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and options
• Negotiate prices and complete sales paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and be aware of industry trends

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of vehicles and understanding of customer needs
• Valid driver's license
