Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience:

• Connect with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Guide buyers through our inventory to find their perfect vehicle
• Clearly explain features, pricing, and financing options
• Lead engaging test drives that build confidence and excitement
• Follow up with prospects and close deals with professionalism and care
• Stay sharp on inventory and current automotive trends
• Work alongside a driven team to hit and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, confidence, and a proven ability to sell:

• Sales experience required (automotive a plus, but not necessary)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Natural negotiation and closing ability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
