What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional buying experience.
• Learn about each customer's needs and help them find the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and explain features and technology.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Continue learning about new products, financing options, and the automotive industry.
• Work with a supportive sales team focused on helping each other succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, positive, and enjoys working with people.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, banking, fitness, or another people-focused role, your skills transfer well, and we'll teach you the rest.
