Salary + Commission compensation
Annual earning potential: $50,000–$100,000+, based on performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first attitude with professionalism and integrity
Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Learn and present Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac product knowledge
Maintain follow-up with customers before and after the sale
Work collaboratively with management and support teams
