Lilliston Ford is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Vineland, New Jersey.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including features and benefits

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives

• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, previous customers, and prospective buyers

• Make outbound calls and other customer contacts to generate and develop sales opportunities

• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline

• Utilize dealership CRM and inventory management systems to accurately document customer interactions and sales activity

• Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, product features, promotions, and available programs

• Guide customers professionally through the vehicle purchasing process

• Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance personnel, and other dealership departments

• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and vehicle showcases as needed

• Meet established sales, customer-service, and follow-up expectations

• Help provide every customer with a professional, transparent, and positive dealership experience

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Previous automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train motivated candidates who demonstrate strong customer-service skills and the desire to succeed.

Schedule

• Full-time

• 4- or 5-day workweek options available

• Weekend availability as required by the dealership schedule

Compensation

Competitive compensation opportunities may include:

• Salary or commission-based pay plans
