Automotive Sales Consultant - $150K+ Earning Potential

Budd Baer Automotive is hiring motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our Buick, GMC, Mazda, and Subaru sales teams in Washington, PA.

Experienced in sales? We want to talk to you. New to automotive sales? We’ll train you. If you have a background in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or another customer-facing role, your skills can translate into a successful career in automotive sales.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and options
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Explain purchase, lease, and financing options
• Follow up with customers and build repeat and referral business
• Complete dealership and manufacturer product training
• Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery
