Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Build relationships and provide a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed performance goals 

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation!
• Professional appearance and people skills
• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.
• Computer knowledge and skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
