COMPENSATION

• $45,500 $130,000 annual earning potential

• Draw/commission compensation option

• Protected salary option during the probationary period

• $500 sign-on bonus for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants

• $250 sign-on bonus payment after 30 days

• Additional $250 after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and develop clients for life

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs

• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience

• Demonstrate Honda vehicles, features and technology

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Develop strong knowledge of Honda products, options and packages

• Follow up with customers before and after the sale

• Build repeat and referral business

• Professionally overcome objections and close sales

• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives
